Our new family of Latin-inspired acoustic instruments celebrates the bold and vibrant sounds of the cross-cultural music community in Southern California, as well as the collaborative spirit of Taylor’s longtime cross-border manufacturing operation. Influenced by regional styles like Tejano, Norteño and conjunto, these instruments blend signature Taylor craftsmanship and innovation with a long heritage of traditional sounds. In the 10-string 657ce Bajo Quinto, you’ll find a vibrant, unexpected voice thanks to five doubled pairs tuned in fourths. Or, discover the shimmering twang of the requinto-style 657ce Doce Doble, a unison-strung 12-string. Both models feature an easy-playing Taylor neck and a cutaway version of our Grand Pacific body shape, offering a familiar Taylor feel to complement their adventurous sound.
