300 Series

For years, the 300 Series has been the gateway to the full-featured Taylor acoustic guitar experience.

Our popular 300 Series boasts more than a dozen different acoustic models and flavors. It starts with two all-solid tonewood pairings (sapele/spruce and all mahogany) and showcases three body styles: our mid-sized Grand Auditorium, compact Grand Concert and Grand Symphony, featuring a built-in soundport. From there, dial in your playing experience in feel and sound. The sapele/spruce 314ce is a perennial best-seller, combining the sweeping musical versatility of the GA shape, the tonal clarity and balance of the tonewood pairing, and our player-friendly necks. For a darker, woodier sound, check out our mahogany-top models, which serve up a pleasantly focused acoustic tone that stays smooth even with a lively strumming attack. If playing comfort is key, try our 12-fret models, which combine the small-bodied Grand Concert with a shorter string length and a slinkier handfeel. With 12-string and nylon-string models also on the menu, there are a lot of great options in this family.
